Registration fees are partially refundable if notification is received in writing or by email 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. A deduction of $25 will be made from the refund for all cancellations received prior to 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
If the cancellation notice is received within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, 75% of the fees will be refunded.
Down Payment of Registration Fees
Down payment of registration fees are partially refundable if notification is received in writing or by email 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event. A deduction of $10.00 will be made from the refund for all cancellations received prior to 2 weeks before the scheduled event.
If the cancellation notice is received within 2 weeks of the scheduled event, no refund will be given.
Event Cancellation
Each event has a minimum and maximum required attendance. If the minimum enrollment has not been reached within 2 weeks of the scheduled date, participants will be informed of the cancellation of the event and will receive a full refund of fees paid.
